NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR HARLAXTON
[This is not a Parish Council meeting]
Venue: Village Hall
Date: 7:30pm Wednesday, 25 March 2025
The Annual Parish Meeting is not a Parish Council meeting. It is the opportunity for the Parishioners of Harlaxton to find out about current matters of interest to the community and to meet representatives of local groups and organisations. This meeting will be presided over by the Chairman of the Parish Council and facilitated by the Parish Council for the benefit of the community.
The meeting is open to all electors, and we welcome you to attend and speak about any matters of local interest. Refreshments (cheese/wine or tea/cakes) will be provided.
Village groups are invited to meet electors and provide them with an overview of their activities over the last 12 months.
